New Normal Virtual Class
Nobody predicted that this pandemic will hit us very badly, paralyzing our economy which affected everyone, especially to the poverty-stricken sector. This forces the government, constitutions, and the community to adapt to the new normal. This also lead schools and colleges to practice the new normal where meetings were held virtually, thanks to technology. Despite this technology, it is not very comfortable and it is not easy the way before when face to face and class held inside the school grounds were normal. Because of this new normal, many things must be considered and adjusted at home, problems may occur without prior notice, and must do house chores as well, we all know that. So patience, considerations, and understanding are vital to this new normal. We can't deny that not all of us who are fortunate to have access to technology such as having a fairly stable internet connection with smartphones, computers, or laptops. That is very saddening in this part of the online class where your classmates, once you meet physically at school, are not enrolled because of these shortcomings. I also understand that not all schools are adequate for providing these limitations.
I am Gerald B. Tagle, currently enrolled and studying at Gordon College, Third Year Student, under the course of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Adapting this new normal as a human and a student. Thankful for having this opportunity to study and having the capabilities to continue. It is not easy for me to adapt because things at home may not work according to my schedule and sometimes equipment is having difficulties. But I will move forward to reshape and learn through this.
I salute to all my fellow students and teachers who are trying to overcome these hard times, while I also hope and pray that this pandemic ends near so we can go back to normal, get back all the on the track, and live a normal life without fearing this pandemic.
